Research and Development efforts were conceived as core activities by the founders of the company. The mile stones in the R&D exercises are:
A novel design for chemical reactor, which increased the productivity and cut down costs. The new design was accepted by HEF and included in their own design of chemical plants.
Development of resin based solid lubricant coatings
Development of high performance super specialty lubricants for automotive and industrial uses.
In recent years the company has entered into collaboration with M/s Vertech International of USA for manufacture of rotary piston air compressors. These operate at higher efficiency and deliver more than normal compressors. They are also low in noise generation and conform to the OSHA regulation of USA and therefore environmental friendly. This is proposed to be patented.
Our R&D team has Qualified and Experienced metallurgists. We are fully equipped to test wear, lubrication and corrosion properties of different surface modification technologies.
We also undertake joint research study on wear and corrosion applications.
