Tricorr is a unique three step coating process that ensures both consistent coating and excellent adhesion, even on the difficult to coat inside of threaded parts. The three step process surface cleaning, chemical conversion and heat cured fluoropolymer coating. Tricorr provides a lower coefficient of friction even after exposure to  
corrosive chemicals. Corrosion resistance more than 1500 hours in Salt Spray as per ASTM B117. Performs far better than Zinc alloy platings like Zinc-Nickel, Zinc-Cobalt, etc. at comparable cost. 20 to 25 microns thick coating.
